Munib Lohrasbi, Attorney and OSI Baltimore Community Fellow for Disability Rights Maryland which has the authority to inspect conditions and collect data on the use and abuse of solitary confinement in Maryland prisons. 

Warren Rymes was recently released from prison after serving 30 years.  Warren lectures at the Georgetown Law School and also consults with the Baltimore Mayor’s Office on a program to curb violence.
